Peter J. Nadolny is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over two decades of experience building and scaling businesses in industries such as LIMS, SaaS, carbon capture and nano-filtration. As a founder or C-suite leader in five startups, he specializes in quickly launching high-impact products and generating growth quickly.


While at WL Gore & Associates, Mr. Nadolny helped generate $4 million in revenue in two years from key clients such as Intel Corporation. Additionally, his sales and business development strategies helped Vault 44.01 secure $150 million in private equity funding in the emerging carbon capture sector. As director of business development at legacy civil engineering firm WHKS & Co., he drove double-digit revenue growth and geographic expansion within three years.


Currently, as CRO and VP of Quality at Synaptic Sci, he has streamlined operations and identified over $30 million in opportunities within the LIMS market in less than a year.


His pragmatic approach, coupled with his engineering background, challenges assumptions, uncovers blind spots, reduces risk and enables any firm to do more with less. Mr. Nadolny has over 20 years of experience building businesses across diverse industries, including Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), carbon capture, nano-filtration and real estate. As a founder or C-suite leader in five startups, Mr. Nadolny has a proven ability to commercialize ideas into viable operations. He excels at integrating technology into practical applications, such as laboratory settings and virtual communication environments. Furthermore, Peter’s ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, accessible language enables him to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, accelerating results.


Mr. Nadolny's track record includes launching multiple complex, high-impact products.


As a founding member of the nano-filtration business unit at $3 billion multinational enterprise WL Gore & Associates, he brokered foundational partnerships with leading B2B multinational clients such as IBM, Freescale, and Intel Corporation, generating $4 million in revenue within two years.


In the emerging carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) market, Mr. Nadolny's consultation helped startup Vault 44.01 secure $150 million in private equity funding, underscoring his ability to quickly establish trust, deliver value and capitalize on dynamic market opportunities.


As director of business development at legacy civil engineering consulting firm WHKS & Co., he drove a 13% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenues and expanded the firm’s geographic footprint by 20% within his first three years. He identified multiple emerging market trends and brokered strategic partnerships that enabled WHKS to gain a first-mover advantage and rapidly capture market share.


Early in his career, Mr. Nadolny served as a Certified Quality Engineer at Nokia and WL Gore, both billion-dollar multinational firms.
