While at WL Gore & Associates, Mr. Nadolny helped generate $4 million in revenue in two years from key clients such as Intel Corporation. Additionally, his sales and business development strategies helped Vault 44.01 secure $150 million in private equity funding in the emerging carbon capture sector. As director of business development at legacy civil engineering firm WHKS & Co., he drove double-digit revenue growth and geographic expansion within three years.
Currently, as CRO and VP of Quality at Synaptic Sci, he has streamlined operations and identified over $30 million in opportunities within the LIMS market in less than a year.
